I build systems for messy systems. Most of my work has begun the same way: an organization with a real operational problem — inventory tracked across spreadsheets and chat messages, IT requests arriving with no structure, compute budgets spent on the wrong parallelization strategy — and no clean specification for how to fix it. My job has been to understand the constraints, design something that fits them, and build it end to end.
Besides my master's in data science, I am always looking for messy systems to build solutions for.
How I work
I start from the operation, not the stack. At FAB Construction that meant sitting with staff to learn how materials actually move between sites before designing a single table; at RYCO it meant understanding how support requests actually arrived before automating anything. The technology comes after the constraints are clear — and it gets chosen on evidence, which is the same instinct that runs through the research side of my work.
What Denxhinjo Labs is
Denxhinjo Labs is the engineering lab of Denis Xhabrahimi — where the systems, case studies and applied research on this site are built. Not an agency, not a team: one engineer, working in the open.
